This Disclaimer applies to all furniture manufactured and supplied by Vari Steels, Madurai, including MDF and particle board wardrobes with hinges, sliders, mirrors and hangers, and steel almirahs, cots, desks and other items made using steel sheets, spray paints, welding processes, locks, mirrors, plastic wraps and seasoned vengai and teak wood.

Product descriptions, dimensions, finishes and colours are indicative; reasonable variations arising from natural wood characteristics, engineered board or steel properties, manufacturing tolerances, lighting or display do not constitute defects.

The standard warranty is strictly limited to one year from the date of invoice and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship only; it expressly excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, moisture, pests, corrosion, overloading, improper installation, unauthorised modifications or repairs, mishandling, misuse or failure to follow care instructions. In such excluded cases, repair or replacement shall be chargeable at prevailing rates.

The liability of Vari Steels is limited to repair or replacement of the product, at the company's discretion, and does not extend to indirect, consequential or incidental losses, except as mandated under applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act and relevant Tamil Nadu rules.

This Disclaimer and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the competent courts at Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
